We offer a large selection of contact lenses, along with a wealth of information designed to help consumers make educated purchasing decisions. We want each visitor to the Site (“you”) (i.e. any natural person acting on the Site with purposes having no relationship to his/her commercial or professional activity) to have a safe, pleasurable visit, so we have established the following general terms and conditions so that we (we and you) know what to expect from each other.

You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us for use in accessing the Site.
You agree to comply with all the instructions for use to be found on the user instructions supplied with the products or as otherwise directed by your optometrist or Get2020.
By placing an order you are confirming that:
Your contact lens prescription is valid for 2 years. You warrant that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care providers suggested regime.
When you’re about to confirm your order, there will be a box you’ll need to tick to confirm that you have read these terms and conditions, and have a valid and current prescription.
You understand that we will not fulfill your order unless you have a valid prescription.
You hereby consent to our contacting your eye care provider, or providing a copy of your original prescription to us, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Deliveries will be as soon as possible to the address on your order and are “best effort” based. Subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period will not exceed 30 days.
From time to time, we will send samples of product, including, but not limited to, contact lens solutions.
You may return any products ordered by you and cancel the agreement without stating any reason for doing so, such within seven (7) working days following the confirmation of your order (“the Return Period”). If you return the products you are obliged to comply with the requirement of our Returns Policy (below). You must return all the products in the resalable packaging provided with them. Between the date of your election to withdraw and the date the product is returned by you to us you shall bear all risk in keeping the products safe, secure, and free from loss or damage.
We offer a 30 day return policy on contact lenses, from your delivery date. We provide free returns on all of our products during these time periods. To make a return, simply email us on [email protected] within the stated days for a complimentary electronic shipping label that you can print off. Once you have the label, we ask that you ship your contact lenses back to us as soon as possible to initiate your refund.
Looking for different contacts or help to order online? We want to help you find your perfect contact lenses. Our opticians are experts and can advise you through the lens selection prescribed by your optometrist, prescription and online auto-refill and ordering process.
Contact lenses must be returned in unopened, unmarked boxes and must be within 6 months of their expiry date. Returns or exchanges may be denied, in very rare circumstances, based on the nature of prior transactions.
All service credits are issued to your My Account and will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. To use the credit, ensure you are logged into your My Account prior to placing your order. Your credit will automatically be deducted from your total at checkout. Credits must be used in that time on our website and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
Defective lenses are rare as the contact lenses primarily arrive directly to you from the manufacturer. However, if you believe you may have received a defective product, contact our Eyecare team for further assistance. We may be able to provide a credit or replacement product for confirmed defects.
To receive the Price Match Guarantee:
Contact us either just before making your order on our site, or within 30 days of placing your order with us.
The lower-priced online merchant must have the product currently in stock, the product listed must be identical (including number of lenses per box), and must be an established site as determined by Get 2020.
Shipping and handling charges, exchange rates, sales taxes, and any other fees charged by the competitor will be included in the total when determining the price match.
You can perform a maximum of 3 price matches within a 90-day period.
The guarantee is based on the competitor’s final price. As such, we cannot combine the competitor’s offer with any coupons or codes featured on our site. This offer does not extend to custom, made-to-order, and RGP lenses.
This offer is exclusive to Australian register contact lenses competitors and can vary at any time.
Note: Merchant prices found through third party ads are not eligible for price matches. Prices must be validated by our Eyecare team in order to be matched.
Your lenses come directly from the official supplier so the wait time depends on your lens type. Some products are in stock, and others — including toric/astigmatism, and multifocal lenses — are custom orders through the manufacturer. Once your contact lenses are in stock, they should be shipped within 1–2 business days and will arrive within the time estimate provided by your chosen shipping method.
When your order ships, you will be sent an email confirmation that includes a tracking number and instructions for how to track your order online.
Please keep in mind that for our quality control , our experienced opticians inspect and verify each and every contact lens order. If your contact lens order happen to fail quality assurance, your expected delivery time will be delayed. You will be kept up-to-date of any delays via email.
If using a coupon code, please note that only one coupon code can be used per order. We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Payments can be made online or by phone. NOTE: The title and risk and rewards of ownership of the product transfers from Get 2020 (2020 Onsite Pty Ltd) to the customer at the point of shipment.
When you are fitted for contact lenses by your optometrist, they should provide you with a paper copy of your prescription. Keep in mind that spectacle and contact lens prescriptions can be different, so you should ensure that you are ordering the parameters for your contact lenses are not for your for your glasses.
Get 2020 and other graphics, logos, and service names used on the Site by Get 2020 are the trademarks of Get 2020. Get 2020 trademarks may not be used in connection with any third-party products or services or in any manner that disparages or discredits Get 2020. All other brands and names (including third-party product names) are the property of their respective owners.
We may elect to electronically monitor areas of the Site and may disclose any Content, records, or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the Site; or (iii) to protect our rights or property or the rights of the users. We are not responsible for screening, policing, editing, or monitoring such Content.
